I’m not the loudest person at the table, and I’ve stopped apologizing for that. The relationships I keep are built on delivered work — quieter, but they hold.

I’ll invent when the problem genuinely demands it, and reuse what already works when it doesn’t. Most “innovation” debt starts with someone who couldn’t tell the difference.
